Add Taxes To Order Forms

Taxes only seem to apply to invoices currently. We need to have taxes be added to orders (event tickets, products intended to be shipped, etc). It would be smart to have a toggle switch to include taxes in specific order forms in case there products that aren't taxable I suppose.

Manual taxes are supported for order forms.

There also needs to be a sales tax report generated so that companies can pay their sales tax easily.

I have asked for this a while back. There is a slight complication to charging sales tax though. The way stripe handles them is you have to manually setup the sales tax rate depending on the state and local taxes where the customer is. Plus you have the issue of knowing when you must start collecting sales tax in that region. There is a threshold know as the nexus. It can be complicated.
