Currently, GHL only supports marking an appointment as paid or unpaid. There is no native concept of a partial payment (e.g. a patient pays 30€ of a 60€ session).

For clinics that frequently collect partial payments or deposits upfront, this is a significant gap. We'd like to see:

A "partial" payment status on appointments

An "amount paid" field alongside the total amount

The remaining balance visible in the appointment detail

This is especially relevant for physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinics where multi-session packages and partial payments are common.
