It would be extremely helpful to have a built-in credit balance feature within Go High Level for customers who pay in advance, whether through GHL payments or via external methods (e.g., Zelle, check, cash, etc.).
Having a dedicated section in each customer profile to reflect available credit would make it easier to apply prepaid amounts to future invoices or services, track remaining balances, and reduce manual reconciliation. Ideally, this credit could automatically apply to upcoming invoices or be manually allocated as needed.
This feature would significantly streamline payment tracking and enhance transparency for both the business and the customer.
