Sync GHL Customers and Transactions to Quickbooks

When transactions from GHL/stripe show up in my Quickbooks it just lists the transaction as "Stripe" or whatever payment processor it came through. Same for the rebilling of GHL add-ons/features.
I would be great if quickbooks can pickup which customer the payments are coming from so we can easily sort them in Quickbooks. If a customer is not in Quickbooks but sends a payment through to our accounts and Quickbooks picks it up we should be able to see who it is and create a new customer.

🤑 Quickbooks Intergration ~ Field Mapping

Currently there is no way to map or customise the data sent from GHL to Quickbooks.
In addition to this there needs to be several this updated:
- The ability to map invoice numbers (to match GHL and Quickbooks)
- You should be able to add prefixes to the invoice number eg. in GHL "inv_00003" in GBO "ghl_00003"
- Map company name as display name.

YES!! 100% The QB integration does basically noting at this time. I use PaytraQuer by saasant but it can only map one account. I would love for GHL to send and MAP data to QB as to what is sold to who and in what account things should be tracked. PaytraQer does somewhat the job (stripe being integrated in GHL already), but cannot differenciate products from services from memberships earnings. It also need to track stripe fees.

Valerie Tremblay We've been using PaytraQuer - take a look at the settings for mapping from Stripe.
Personally I prefer to leave the automation off, and reconcile through saasant manually so I can make sure invoices match, however that's just a querk of how we're set up. But for most use cases it should work fine!
