Many companies are wanting to take back control of their data and as such a self hosted solution would be ideal. We are seeing governments and organisations banning the use of Microsoft and Google cloud services which will extend further into any cloud services outside their jurisdiction. Having a solution that can be self hosted would make things more future proof especially for those outside the USA.
