Currently, in the Pro plan and SaaS Configurator, the monthly dollar value you set as "Complimentary Credits" rolls over into the next month. It would be nice (and more profitable for us agencies) to have more control over this. For example, right now if you assign $50 of credits each month and sub-account #1 only uses $20 in the first month, the remaining $30 credit will be added to their balance for the next month giving them a total of $80 ($50 for new credits plus the remaining $30 from the previous month).Almost every telecom company on the market today does NOT do it this way. Whatever unused credits you have on your plan simply go away. Users are used to this being the case on their cell phone plans (before the majority of plans went to unlimited messaging). So why not give us agencies the option to make unused credits disappear which would give us more profits per account? If you want to give the clients the unused credits by allowing them to rollover then you can and if you want to disable that so you make more money than you can.Give the agencies the control to choose what happens to unused Twilio credits.
