Hi Shaun Clark, having all Google Drive proprietary and confidential company files exposed to anyone with access to a sub account that is integrated with Google (drive) is a real worry from a security perspective, i.e. I assume that a number of GHL agency accounts would have a mix of varying levels of employees (non-managers), offshore virtual assistants, temporary contractors and/or 3rd party GHL support companies and are potentially exposing their clients entire core Google Drive company document/file store to all of these people. I assume that GHL support staff would also have direct access to these sub accounts, Google Drives and associated documents? From a company/client confidentiality perspective this is significant and could be a data breach and/or lawsuit waiting to happen. I am supportive of the Google Drive integration and was initially really excited but it needs the required and appropriate access rights and security permissions, i.e. the client might have super sensitive and confidential legal, financial, or other private information in their Google Drive that needs to remain private. Security is a major priority for customers. Any assistance, ideas or escalation is greatly appreciated.
