We had a couple of unauthorised claims in the last few days and are having to liaise with Google support. I know we don't have a complete Local SEO solution however, we must be offering 24/7 protection to client GMB listings from unauthorised suggestions and claims. Other platforms are offering this feature as part of their subscriptions so it is certainly possible to do so and a must-have for our clients.
