Current behaviour:
Agency owner enables SaaS for a sub-account. They can only choose from predefined pricing tiers (no input for a discount code, there is also none later for the customer).
Once selected, the sub-account admin gets a payment link asking for their card details, but:
• There’s no information about the pricing
• No explanation of what they’re subscribing to
• No mention of why card details are required
This is a legal risk in the EU, even for B2B. Under EU law, clients must see clear pricing, billing frequency and service description before entering payment info.
My Use Case:
I onboarded a B2B client manually (before my landing page was ready). We agreed on a custom discounted rate after a short trial.
Now:
  • I can’t apply that discount in the flow after enabling SaaS (as I understand - I need to change the price for the entire plan, send them the link, and then manually revert the price?)
  • I can’t actually send the payment link, because there’s no pricing or plan info on the checkout page. Atm I can only send them my Stripe link as an alternative, but I can't rebill them automatically for the usage.
Requested Enhancement:
Please update the payment page (for enrolling existing accounts to SaaS) to allow:
• Custom discounts and descriptions
• Visible summary: price, billing frequency, and what’s included
• Clear CTA (e.g. “Start subscription – €X/month”)
This would help us stay legally safe in Europe and offer a better experience for our clients.
