### Major Enhancements Needed for the
Go Live
Feature in Communities
  1. True “Mute All” functionality
Hosts need the ability to mute everyone and
keep them muted
. Right now, “Mute All” is ineffective because users can simply unmute themselves.
  1. Automatically mute new participants
“Mute All” should apply not only to users already in the Go Live session, but also to
anyone who joins afterward
.
  1. Improve video and audio quality
The overall streaming quality needs improvement, especially for communities using Go Live for professional coaching, webinars, and classes.
  1. Option to disable the join chime
Hosts should be able to turn off the sound that plays every time someone enters the Go Live session. This becomes extremely disruptive in larger sessions.
  1. Ability to assign co-hosts
Hosts should be able to designate one or more
co-hosts
who can help manage participants, microphones, chat, and the session.
  1. Better Events integration with Go Live
We need the ability to add a Go Live session directly to an Event. When users click to join from the mobile app, it should
open the Go Live session inside the app
, not redirect them to a web browser.
  1. @Mention users in Go Live chat
Participants and hosts should be able to tag specific users using
@username
in the Go Live chat.
These improvements would make Go Live significantly more functional for communities running
live classes, coaching sessions, webinars, and large group calls.
