There are forms that my clients have that only accept applications once a year. Right now there is no way to unpublish or make not live for the form / survey. They do not want people to keep using the form throughout the year. They have given the form link out through email and shared, so its not like a web page that can be redirected. This seems like a total waste of time to have to recreate the same form every year....
