Table Format Within Forms

Would like to have the ability to create a table within the form to capture data...for example 4 columns 7 rows with header rows and columns and if numbers / financial ability to sum if possible and have a grand total

Could you please add this, it would be very good if you could add a feature for like a table type of form where we have in one column check marks, another column with the info about that, and the last column with prices so I can have all the data collected
