Streamline dropdowns

Currently, the CRM includes various dropdown fields for selections such as time zones and countries. However, these dropdowns lack consistency in their design and functionality.
Some dropdowns feature search bars, while others rely on the default OS dropdowns or custom designs, leading to a fragmented user experience. (Refer to attached screenshots for examples.)
To enhance user experience and efficiency, I recommend standardizing all dropdown fields across the CRM to include a search bar. This will streamline navigation, save time, and provide a more cohesive and user-friendly interface.
