My objective was to get a submission of a form as in PDF and make it attach to contact/opportunity automatically, but the option left is only of CSV, and again there is no way if someone submits a from it will get attached to that particularly contact or opportunity as a document, this is making it haptic to go to sites>forms>select form> submissions> then download the submission and attach it to the contact or opportunity, its too much of efforts and time consuming for a non technical person, kindly carry out a solution for it, I am happy even if the submission is coming as in CSV, but again it is not getting attached as an document with that contact/opportunity.

how do you export it to a pdf?

Really need this to replace Jot Forms
