Pop-up Notification when "Submit" button fails due to "required field" not filled out

We really need a better notification system for when the "submit" button on a form fails due to a "required field" not being filled out. Currently, the only notification they get is TINY red text underneath the field that was missed. For clients who have long forms with many fields, their customers assume the form is broken since the submit button simply doesnt submit. Having a pop-up text notification that lets them know they missed a field (down by the button) would be EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks!

Right now the error messages who up at the very top of the page. It's only seen if people scroll back up to the top. Is it possible to have the error messages also at the bottom of the screen so it's immedatley visible to the person as to what the problem is?

Regarding the scheduling form widget. If the user leaves a field blank, ie. lets say they leave the mandatory Country field blank, is there a way to notify the user about the missing field with a label just above the submit button?
Or maybe have the form scroll up to the missing fields?
Right now, when a mandatory field is blank, there is no feedback given to the user which gives the understanding what needs to be done in order to submit the form.
It is confusing because the missing field is highlighted in red outside the view of the user, without any other notification.

Thats wild. Don't all forms natviely do that now. This should be fixed
