We need to add an ON/OFF option to our forms to control whether they can receive responses or not.
Currently, anyone who has the form link can continue submitting responses at any time. For certain seasons or periods, we need the form to be temporarily disabled (OFF) so it cannot be filled out, without deleting it, since we will need to reuse the same form later.
  • When the form is set to ON, users can access and submit it normally.
  • When the form is set to OFF, users should not be able to submit responses (ideally showing a message like “This form is currently closed”).
The form and its configuration should remain intact so it can be reactivated later.
