Multi-step forms with storing of incomplete entries

This should have way more attention on it!
Multi-step forms have a great impact on marketing and conversion rates!
Being a user and seeing a form that just asks name and email, then a "next" button is way more digestible and motivating to fill out than seeing one giant form with 50 questions.
Aside from this, it would be amazing to store partial form fills (For example if someone comes to the form, fills out their name and email, then closes the window before they press "Submit" or "Next" then we record that in db.
Another great feature would allow you to determine which are incomplete and which are complete in workflows so you can say:
"Hi Name, I see you didn't finish filling out our form..."
For that, I guess you can do an if/then logic to say if 1 thing is filled out, but not another, but that can be cumbersome if there are many questions on the form.

Save & Finish Later for Forms
J
Jessica Granish
Many forms and surveys take time to complete. People often need to look up information, find documents, or step away and come back later.
Right now, if they leave, their progress is lost, and they have to start over. This leads to frustration, fewer completed forms, and missed opportunities.
Suggested Feature:
Add a built-in “Save & Resume Later” option that allows users to:
✅ Save their progress
✅ Receive a personal link by email or text
✅ Click the link to continue later
✅ Pick up where they left off
✅ Avoid re-entering information
Automation Option:
Allow this link to be sent automatically when someone starts but doesn’t finish a form, with the ability for the agency/sub account to edit the reminder workflow, so it makes sense to their flow and follow up.
Also, make the resume link easy to find inside the form submission and/or saved to a custom field, so it can be used in follow-ups and automations or given directly during a customer service call.
This would help more people finish forms, improve response quality, reduce frustration, and make HighLevel even more powerful for longer and more detailed forms.

I need this feature for one of my current clients. This would be so useful.

Jotform can do this! Would be very helpful if HighLevel can do this.

Save Draft Forms

Being able to start filling out a form and save it as draft instead of only being able to submit all at once.
