When building and editing forms in GHL, I noticed some crucial fields are missing compared to competitors.
  1. The checkbox field needs an “Other” option that reveals a text box when selected, so customers can type in their specific answer. Right now, I can only put “Other” without allowing any input.
  2. While there is a date field, there is no time field. For service-based businesses, it’s essential to collect both the date and the preferred time for the service.
