I'd love to have the option of creating a "horizontal" opt-in form that could have elements laid out side by side (instead of stacked vertically) that I can embed under a section on a web or landing page next to an image of a lead magnet eCover like this:

[IMAGE] [FIRST NAME] [EMAIL ADDRESS] [SUBSCRIBE BUTTON]

Or just the form elements:

[FIRST NAME] [EMAIL ADDRESS] [SUBSCRIBE BUTTON]

Of course, on a smartphone, the form elements would display stacked vertically:

[IMAGE]

[FIRST NAME]

[EMAIL]

[SUBMIT BUTTON]

If this is already possible, please let me know.

I've attached an example of one without the eCover image, but having a place for the image on the left of the form fields would be great.
