It would be awesome to have an option to create picture choices for surveys like TypeForm. I have a product that I'd prefer the lead to choose their selection based on a visual and not just words.

Adding images in surveys or forms and I even asked to be able to draw on the images like paint. This is awesome for manual therapist (massotherapists, chiropractors, etc) for their post treatment notes.
