Can we have this feature in form builder or survey builder when we are asking for the address for customers.
Google Address API will help to auto populate the address of customers.

Sales & Marketing It's available in the contact ?

Sales & Marketing So is it available now or? Also it should be available in opportunities and contacts. A contact may have an address associated with it but the opportunity may have a completely different address. Think service businesses.

Daleyne Guay Billy Edmunds This is available in forms and surveys: https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/solutions/articles/155000003739-how-to-use-and-rebill-auto-complete-address

Sales & Marketing The problem is also in the contact object and the company object. Addresses must be auto-complete everywhere, including the address, unit number, city, zip code, province/state and country fields.
Please do not close this ticket as it is not complete.

Sales & Marketing This really should not be marked complete as there are several large flaws in the current design.
- You should be able to have one field called Address which then populates the rest of the fields on the backend. It should not require redundant fields on the form (unless a user selects this option).
2) The current design only works when someone is filling out a form and doesn't provide the same functionality for an agent trying to create/update the contact record (this is when it is the most critical, and beneficial, since gathering the correct spelling of a street, city etc can be difficult for an agent over the phone). 98 times out of 100 it will be the agent updating the address on the backend, not a lead filling out their address on a form.
3) It only works for a contact and not opportunities. The vast majority of businesses will have a mailing address (contact), with different branches / locations (opportunities). People may also have several different addresses or service locations (think car detailing or rental properties).
Ideally there should be a custom field type called Address that can be added to both contacts and opportunities and quickly allows an agent to enter an address with the same auto-complete functionality.

Daleyne Guay I couldn't agree more. I sat down this morning to mess around with it and was shocked. It only works for contacts, and only through a form. It needs to be auto-complete on the backend for agents, and there needs to be a custom address field that can be added to opportunities, all with the same auto-complete functionality.
It's hard to believe this request is 5 1/2 years old and this is the final implementation of such a critical CRM feature.

The current address field on forms sucks. No option for unit number. You have the address bar that auto completes and then a secondary address bar? While a nice idea, the execution is terrible.

We're doing this with some custom JS but we should just be able to drop in our own API key and pull addresses in forms/surveys and contacts!

Do we have any update for this?

This was marked as planned in September of 2022, it's almost been 2 years. Any update on when this functionality might exist? This would make it 100x easier, faster and more accurate for both agents and customers to enter in address details.

Billy Edmunds Having used a few system in the past, its only just now I've noticed this major missing element when setting up some forms and testing them! Quite a big thing to be missing. I believe it would be fairly straight forward to integrate too

This must be a Google map in the form where the customer can search for their property, then on submission this google map link will be part of the details in the submission.
