Score values, and UI enhancements for forms and surveys:
  • Scores must be custom fields further usable everywhere in the system
  • They must be able to hold multiple data types, numeric, monetary, or units as chosen
  • Score field values must be definable and displayed as text fields instead of form input values... with formatting options to highlight the score/result of a calculation.
  • The result must be passed on as payment input dynamically for collecting payment (if the score result is a positive currency value)
  • Score value must be enabled for use in products, estimates, and invoices
  • Invoices and Estimates must hold the 'Score' type custom fields and allow handing of the values from forms/surveys into the Invoices and Estimates so when we collect payment an invoice is created with the payment value for example.
  • This needs templates to be dynamically updated and generate a new estimate/invoice every time a score field is updated.
  • Add form payment in surveys -> (supposedly coming out in late Q1)
  • Header images in surveys must be made a part of the slide to keep the image relevant to the slide.. currently, it's not possible to do that when using logic
  • Can the images be made large on radio buttons - they are small and not aesthetically presented. Also, the radio button text isn't formattable and appears on a slate grey background as text in white which doesn't look great and needs customisation badly.
  • Instead, can we have a response option to display every choice as a nice button or an image instead of checkboxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, etc.
  • Response format must be separated by OR - to allow a customer to choose option 1, option 2, option 3... or even No Option. Sample below.

  • Response format must allow dynamic text box for the 'Other' option in Single/Multi-dropdown, Checkboxes, and Radio buttons. So when the 'Other' option is chosen a text box pops out dynamically for capturing customer input.
  • Add both positive and negative conditions in the form's conditional logic. Use case - need to validate whether it is a mobile number entered in the phone field (beginning with 07 for example) and if it has 10 digits. However, this is not possible currently.
  • Extend Brand Boards to Forms/Surveys.
  • Need to be able to use sliders, buttons, and images for various choices and increase +/- for numerical fields instead of typing.

  • The date field must be enhanced as it’s quite basic and needs to have a time field for customers to choose a time slot - it will be great if these fields when used, can block that slot on a calendar.
  • Formatting options for the field options don't exist - there are limited options currently and we need to be using CSS most of the time.
  • Checkboxes and radio buttons are not properly aligned to the corresponding text for eg when the T&Cs field is added.
  • Dropdown UI is very basic and doesn't offer customisation options
