On forms and surveys where users upload photos, uploads can sometimes take up to 2 minutes depending on file size and internet connection.

At the moment, users receive no clear feedback on upload progress, which can cause confusion. Some users assume the form has frozen or failed and may refresh the page or abandon the submission.

It would be extremely helpful to display a progress indicator during uploads, such as:

• A percentage based progress bar per file or overall upload progress

• Clear states like “Uploading photos…”, “Almost done”, etc.

This would significantly improve user confidence, reduce abandoned submissions, and lower support queries related to “uploads stuck” or “form not submitting”.
