We are currently using multi-select dropdown fields within GoHighLevel forms. These fields allow multiple selections but have a key limitation: there is no ability to search options by typing, which forces users to manually scroll through the list.
This creates friction in the user experience, especially when:
  • The list of options is long.
  • The user already knows what they want but cannot quickly find it.
  • The form is being completed on mobile devices.
Current behavior:
  • Multi-select dropdown field.
  • Supports multiple selections.
  • No search or typing-based filtering.
  • Navigation only via scroll.
Expected behavior:
  • Maintain multi-select functionality.
  • Add a search input within the dropdown.
  • Dynamically filter options as the user types.
  • Allow multiple selections from filtered results.
  • Ensure consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
Use case:
This is particularly important in forms where users need to select treatments or services from a large list, making search functionality essential for usability and efficiency.
