Is there a way to export only the selected columns? I have this issue where I wanted to do an export of a specific form, but only need some columns, the export file contains data that I really don't care that much

This would be great. In the meantime, for anyone reading this thread, this can be achieved like this:
- Form filled
- Automation trigger: form fill
- Webhook to Pabbly/Make/Zapier
- Google Docs / Google Drive action: "Create Google Doc from Template"
- Map fields from inbound webhook to values in template
- "Get Document Details" workflow action - get PDF export link
- LeadConnector v2 - update Custom Field with PDF export link

This is already possible in the submission section. Check ss for reference. Are we missing something here? Boko Isaac

Sales & Marketing I’m not Issac but - make the pdf of the form submission auto generate so it can be used in workflows. This is what is missing.
Use Case - a client submits a form that registers them for an event - a nice looking pdf gets sent to the event organizers for their records.
Use Case 2 - a college uses a survey for their application process. When someone fills out the survey a pdf of the survey automatically gets sent to the registrar or uploaded to Google Drive to satisfy record requirements.
I could think of several more. Yes - you can export a pdf but it’s kind of ugly, and it needs to happen automatically. Lots of form engines have this feature already. Cognito, for example, gives you the option to autogenerate a pdf of form response that can be emailed to anyone and also is available to use in zapier or with webhooks to send elsewhere.

Sales & Marketing I meant automating it using the workflows...

Sales & Marketing this doesn't bring all the submitted data, only part of it, in my case a client of mine wanted to print the appointments (I use the form for a calendar) but when I go to get the PDF it only shows some data, missing the appointment information like date & time, even when I can see the "selected slot" in my submissions list!

Sales & Marketing Did you see this? I hope so because today, as most days that end in 'y", I find myself needing this functionality desperately.

Sales & Marketing, in a WORKFLOW action!
Chase Buckner why do we have to explain this every time?
We don’t use HighLevel because it looks good. We use it because of the automations. A download button buried 4 clicks deep doesn’t save the business owner time, it costs time.

Keith Besherse I'll get the team to take another look at this, but the use cases in the comments don't feel super strong (you can already email the data, push it to sheets, etc.) Also title of this idea is "Export Form Submission to PDF", which you can already do in Sites > Forms > Submissions, so it'd be great if the person who started this idea could update the title to be more specific.

Chase Buckner, the way I would extract the data now is to put all the fields in an email template. The workflow would trigger off form submission and send that email. If the form is 10-15 fields, totally reasonable. If the form/survey/quiz is 100 fields, unnecessary when there could be a simple "attach form submission pdf" (which is already being created) toggle as part of the send email action.

Keith Besherse Checked with the team and it sounds like there's an update in the works, where in Form Builder, you can toggle on PDF attachment in the notification email settings.

Boko Isaac, Chase Buckner is asking you to edit the original description.
@Chase, I suspect, that like me, some of the alternate logins were blocked by Canny during the campaign to remove spammers.
