Problem: Currently, after creating a form that includes signatures and the form being completed, it looks like

1) under form Sites>Forms>Submissions, the links that show up for the signature(s) only show the signature(s) itself (attached images form_siganture_1a and form_signature_1b)

2) under Contacts>Form, the signatures and dates can be seen grouped together, but the whole completed form is not shown (attached image form_signature_2)

3) under Contacts>Documents, only the actual signature(s) can be downloaded (attached images form_signature_3a and form_signature_3b) and not the whole completed form with the signature(s)

Enhancement: For forms that include signatures, one should be able to view or download the entire completed form with the signatures as a PDF from (e.g., under Contacts>Contact Name>Documents or under Sites>Forms>Submissions).

Use case: 1) if the patient wants a copy of the completed form at a later date, 2) if the signed form needs to be provided at a later date for legal reasons.

If this enhancement is not added, then a different system will need to be used for leads/customers to sign documents/forms or they will be required to sign/complete forms/documents twice
