When selecting fields for conditional formatting on forms, scrolling on the menu ends up breaking and duplicating fields in the list?

I have never seen this before, but would have thought this would have been caught during testing before pushing this update live.

This has now broken the ability to set conditional formatting on forms, if I cannot even scroll to the correct field without it being duplicated to another type of field
