Add option to send Form Submissions into Conversations

When a user submits a form, there should be an option to send the form content into the conversation tab as if it was an inbound email so that a user could respond to the submission

I asked for this four years ago. I would think there would at least be a workaround, but can't figure one out.
There is no way GHL uses GHL as their CRM. Stuff like this proves it. They probably use SalesForce or some other CRM that meets their needs, rather than making GHL A functional CRM and not just an automations tool. Little things like this make GHL dysfunctional for intuitive and normal every day use. If feels like you could hire 100 different software agencies to design the conversations tab... and only one would leave out lead forms. That one company is GHL.

This should be available via webhook for Form Submissions for non GHL/wordpress sites. Supporting the ability capture the entire conversation begun via web form seems like obvious functionality and it's shocking this isn't available at the end of 2024.

I agree it's crazy this doesn't automatically show up in conversations, and you have to create and automation and hunt for it to even see it.
I've only been able to be successful with this simple automation - On Form Submit (use the form name in the Form Is "Form Name") then send an internal notification with this as the notification:
{{contact.first_name}} {{contact.last_name}} @ {{contact.company_name}} has filled out the "Form Name Here" with the following message:
"{{contact.how_can_we_help}}"
Then ping the correct users, I would also either send an email or SMS to the customer's users as a backup, this is in case they aren't logged into GHL.
BTW contact.how_can_we_help is just a custom form field we put under contact that is just the message body for "How can we help?" We also make this a required field.
