When a user submits a form, there should be an option to send the form content into the conversation tab as if it was an inbound email so that a user could respond to the submission

Holy crap... hallelujah. This one should have been done 6 years ago. Some ultra basic stuff like this is what GHL should have just ignored the feedback, and just did it.

I have been waiting for this for over a year. Are there any plans for this to happen? When a contact submits a form, can their form submission be added to the conversations tab? I see a form folder and a survey folder, but when our clients submit a form, I only receive the email reply. If we want it added to the contact tab, we have to download it and then upload it there manually. This is tedious and frustrating.

I agree, and can see this has been an issue for a while. At time of writing its May 2025 and hasn't been implemented. Maybe theres an argument against it but i can't think of it. Seems there are a few work arounds in the comments which hopefully do the trick.
