Summary: Add an "Add a Note" option to each form submission entry in the Form Submissions view.

Description: Currently, when viewing form submissions, each entry is listed but there is no way for team members to annotate or mark a submission. We'd like the ability to add an internal note to each individual submission so our team can visually indicate when a submission has been reviewed, actioned, or needs follow-up.

Expected Outcome: Each submission row/entry would have an "Add a Note" button or field, allowing team members to write and save internal notes directly on the submission record.

Business Impact: This would allow our team at High Country Beverage to better manage and track form submissions without needing to use external tools or workarounds. It improves internal communication and accountability when processing form responses.
