I created a workflow to automatically add a tag to a contact when they accept the T&Cs on our opt-in form. However, the form contains two separate Terms & Conditions checkboxes, while the workflow only displays one generic "Terms & Conditions" filter.
I contacted a GoHighLevel representative, who confirmed that workflows currently support only a single T&C filter, even when multiple T&Cs are included in the opt-in form.
This limitation prevents us from accurately identifying and tagging contacts based on which specific T&C they accepted. It would be helpful to have individual workflow filters for each Terms & Conditions field added to a form.
