Ability to duplicate Text fields, Images etc. in Forms/Survey Builder

Please add the ability to clone text fields or other non-input fields in forms/surveys, so that we don't have to format all fields from scratch to our design. Also add the ability to add hyperlinks to all text fields, not just T&C.

Yes. It makes no sense that when we create a scored survey that we need to type the survey options and scoring into every question instead of duplicating the question and then just changing the question text.
