Ability to create user access levels and hide & lock folders for funnels, forms, surveys, values, fields

It would be great to have full functionality, set/edit user access levels and ability to lock and hide all folder types. This would be helpful for administrators. Additionally helpfull for offering and upselling on waterfall subscriptions and packages.
