Ability to CHOOSE what fields get mapped/pushed into the CRM

Zoho Forms, Keap, and others let you create a form and choose which fields to map to the CRM.
To Clarity:
All form fields on the form/survey will go to the form/survey submissions tab.
HOWEVER:
We should be able to choose which fields we want to map/push into the CRM.
USE CASE APPLICABLE TO EVERYONE:
After discovering HL can't do this, I now can't use HL forms for my website onboarding questionnaires I send to my clients. My questionnaire has about 80 questions. Most of the questions and answers I receive will be for one-time use only to help me build the website. So, questions like:
Would you like the web copy to be: a: "I offer", b: "We offer", C: "You will get".
I DO NOT need this information in the CRM. It's making my head spin to contemplate having so many irrelevant fields in the CRM, yet they're very relevant to me as I start building a website.
Please let us choose which fields are mapped to the CRM, and don't require every field to be mapped automatically. I'm just starting HL. I can only imagine how messy other people's CRMs are without this feature - especially as HL is also missing a key CRM feature (ability to conditionally show/hide fields and folders)
