I’d like to request an enhancement to the workflow builder.

Use case: I run an employment verification workflow where the contact is the tenant, but the verification email needs to go directly to their employer. I store the employer’s email in a custom field on the contact (e.g. employer_email_resident_1 / employer_email_resident_2).

Request: Please allow the Send Email workflow action to choose a custom field as the primary “To” recipient, instead of always sending only to the contact’s main email. CC/BCC is not sufficient in this case because I don’t want the tenant to receive the employer’s verification email at all.

This would make workflows much more flexible for scenarios like:

Employment verification

Landlord / reference checks

Sending documents to third parties linked to the contact
