It would be great to utilize custom fields we create that are attached to opportunities in the email builder. Right now, I can do this w/ custom fields attached to contacts, but since many contacts might have multiple opportunities, being able to use fields linked to a specific opportunity would allow more automation for us.
My use case:
  • Client books video project.
  • We edit project.
  • Ideally: add link to download to a custom field for the OPPORTUNITY
  • Automate email template to pull this link from the custom opportunity field & send.
I'm using this w/ a contact-linked custom field, but if a client has multiple opps, I can only send one link (or other value) at a time.
