Currently need custom css to change bullet point colour because bullet points stay black whether the font colour is dark or not.

Extra issue: add custom css to change the colour to white to go with white text on a dark background, it then becomes a problem if you have other sections in the email where it is black text on a light background. There are no section ID's to target for custom css.
