Make Email Templates - Work Like Templates!!!

A template is supposed to be the design and feel of the email, not the content.
I need the ability to setup a basic template that determines the font, size alignment, padding, any links or graphics, etc.
Then I can go in and decide the content and any links inside the workflow.
Right now I have to create a new template for every single email we send (or send them without any formatting) and that is maddeningly complex.

The system generates over a dozen email notifications just from the Estimates & Invoices (not counting email reviews and more). Although we can edit these, we literally have to create over a dozen custom email templates which is a nightmare!!!
The logical thing to do is to allow us to create a MASTER email template for the account to be used on all these notifications. While the content would change dynamically, the design will remain. See this video explanation https://recordings.xtremewebsites.com/Kou8b1BK

Please also allow for custom colors so we can quickly add colors... (Like we could before the new color picker)

Why not just duplicate the one template you have, then change the inner content? Basically the same thing.
Or you can just create 1 template with Lorem Ipsum text specific for just cloning/duplicating and then filling out with whatever content/copy you need for the email you're working on?

Simon Heit the problem with this is that if we decide to change anything on the template, we need to update every single template manually. It's a major PIA

Pedro Diaz Ramos ahh, right so you mean a global template, then. Change something on the header for example, and it updates across all your emails. Makes sense. Yea we need that, lol
