Right now the Conditional Content is only able to be set at an individual component level.

This means that you need to click and select and add the Conditional Content filter for each seperate component which takes loads of time.

Allowing an entire section, with multiple components, to all be group under the same Conditional Content filter would greatly speed up the process.

An example use case may be for an offer to different countries, the main body of the email is the same. A Conditional Content "section" is then setup for each country which may include Banner Header text "ie: USA Customer Offer", Images, Buttons and other elements etc..

You can then duplicate this entire section, adjust the Header text, images and other elements and assign it to be viwed by let say UK clients.
