Email builder needs a whole revamp

As someone coming from working as a email designer for 9 figure ecommerce stores using Klaviyo this builder is very 2001. The builder does not have a mobile only editing where you can use different paddings, and you can't even color a column? only the sections. I could go on but here is what needs to be done
- Mobile and Tablet designing possibilities (More than just text)
- Ability to change colors of column and not only sections
- Ability to import designs from figma.

Please check out the convertkit email builder. Its like a word document and i can insert any new element between paragraphs. see here: https://share.cleanshot.com/3dsX2Tqm
Currently with HL I need to duplicate the entire text element and then delete a paragraph in both elements and then adjust paddings and margins again. This is so unnatural and cumbersome right now.

Agreed. This should really be one of GHLs biggest priorities at the moment! It’s made me look at moving away several times.

100% agree here. The builder is so basic. I can also tell when other people are using GHL for their e-mail marketing because of how the e-mails look LOL.

To add to this in pipedrive you can edit templates on the fly before sending proposals. The builder templates and the workflow of sending individual emails is awful. You can't send a template email from the opportunity tab or within the time line section form the contacts.
It takes so long to send out a template from anywhere

Agree. The email builder is very mickey mouse all round. I've used Sales force, Active Campaign and Zoho and it just doesn't compare sadly. THE most frustrating is when you clone a workflow and an email template and it seems to randomly keep defaulting back to the very original email subject line. No matter how many times you test, save and it works. Sometimes you open and it has the old one showing again. or when you've made a change to the new template, it reverts back to a subject line from ages ago. I just sent out 6,000 emails with a wrong subject line.
