Dynamic updates for pre-scheduled emails is desparately needed. Not having this be dynamic really defeats the purpose of pre-scheduling an email.

Hey Arejay,
You can already keep your smart list dynamic or frozen for a later date scheduled email, can we connect to understand what is the exact ask here?
Under schedule, for smart list we already provide option to use the dynamically updated list or freeze the list under email campaigns.

Shreya Banerjee I wasn't using smart lists, I was using the build segments and from what I read it seemed like the list would freeze at the moment of scheduling rather than right before the send.
So in reading it seemed like if built a segment to exclude contacts with a "no clarity promo" tag and I did this March 31st with the email send date of April 4th anyone that added the "no clarity promo" tag between March 31st and April 4th wouldn't be removed before the send. Is this incorrect?
Or is this correct and the only way to do it dynamically to use a Smartlist?
