Default email by location

At the moment the default sender email is always the email of logged in user, but this is not practical if we manage different locations for different businesses. It is time consuming and could even be embarrassing if we forget to enter the correct default email. What would make more sense is if the business email recorded in the location was populated by default as the email sender email. We could also imagine a checkbox next to the business email field to activate the use of the business email as default sender email (in web and mobile app)

Any updates on this? It creates so many issues when a user forgets to manually change the company's "default" outbound email address for the subaccount and uses their own address. Needs to be rolled out ASAP. Thanks!

Send conversation email responses from the company email instead of the user

When sending an email from the conversation tab as a response to a contact, it will send from the user's login email. This typically ends up in the spam because it is sends from the user's email instead of the company's email settings...which dings against SPF, DKIM, and Dmarc protocols.

When using leadconnector we must be able to choose the sender email at least the business default email. Leadconnector aren't email as they only can be read inside GHL so if a user have a leadconnector email can't make 2FA by email or forgot passsword

I am finding some sub accounts initial follow up to an enquiry not being opened because the recipient of the email doesn't identify the sender. It would be ideal for the email to come from the company name rather than the user name, even though the email is personally signed off. I know you can manually change this with every personal email conversation, however this opens up potential for spelling errors. Could there be a setting at the subaccount level to overwrite the 'user name' with the 'business name' for outgoing email?

1) set a default FROM per location (contact@example.com)
2) allow user to set their own default FROM per location (bob@example.com) even though his login email is bob@agency.com
