We need to be able to select the contact timezone for when an email will be sent to the contact - not just the account timezone.

There actually is that functionality now. All our email workflows start by establishing a timezone, pulled from contact record, and then set the send time in the email workflow.

Laurean thank you! This is great for workflows but I need it for campaigns. Our bulk email sending from the campaign section. I want to see clear reporting from each campaign which I don't see available through workflows?

Carissa Bennett There is email send data in Workflows.. but it's quite limited. You actually have to go into EDIT workflow, and then EDIT the send mail step, click the second tab "Statistics" to see the data.
All Email/Social data is nothing short of clunky in GHL, which is why we don't use it for data reporting. We have scripts outside of GHL, that pull data overnight and dump into another system. (ie: Google sheets, Airtable or better yet BQ).

Laurean Callander Thank you. So my initial request still stands as this functionality you're speaking of is for workflows and not email campaigns. Thanks for your suggestion though :)
