Ability to see CCs in Email Replies

When a Contact replies to an email we've sent out of HighLevel and they CC others in the reply, there's literally no way to see those names/emails. That info appears to be completely lost!
The CCed names/emails don't show up in the Conversation in HighLevel. They don't seem to show in the email sent to the specified address in the "Forwarding Address" (under Settings > Email Services). The info is JUST GONE.
We are a B2B business. Most of our Sales Team's email communications include multiple people/decision makers at the prospective company (Marketing manager, owner, etc.) We've sent emails out of HighLevel, and then had prospects respond and say "I'm CCing my Marketing Manager and I want them to see a demo", and our Sales people can't see who it is or their email address, let alone continue the email string by CCing both people back in the reply out of HighLevel. This is making emailing out of HighLevel almost impossible for us.

I have been asking the CC option since I started working with Highlevel 2 years ago. And I am still using Outlook because of this. And this means my clients are still using outlook and gmail for their email processor as well.
Highlevel can't call themselves an All in one marketing tool if they don't allow a simple CC option when emailing.
