Automatically calculate the price for each variable of a product

When entering in different variables for a product we should be able to put a price for each variable and it calculate it for us in the back-end instead of us having to input it in manually. If there are alot of products and variables it makes it so tedious to enter in the correct amount manually.

When purchasing a product, you can’t select the product name or variant name from custom fields in workflow emails, nor can you see the variant purchased in the orders / transactions list (so how do we know what they’ve bought?)

We need the variants as {custom values} - there is no way at the moment to add the variant into an email - so we can't specify in a notification which variant was purchased.
Our customers want to see exactly which product variant they are supposed to ship and they also want to see which variant was sold when they get their notification email about a purchase.
With product variants as custom values we could then also specify in an email to the customer which variant was purchased.
This should be a quick fix ...

And also - maybe the ability to DUPLICATE a finished product when all the variable options are built. Again, very tedious to build similar products and variants one by one!
