Problem
The Ecommerce Customer Login and Account pages are currently locked to GoHighLevel’s default styling, making them feel disconnected from the rest of the website. This creates an inconsistent brand experience for customers.
Suggestion
At a minimum, allow businesses to customise the branding and messaging of these pages without requiring full page editing.
Customisation options could include:
* Primary button colour
* Secondary/accent colour
* Background colour or image
* Logo
* Headline text
* Description/subheading
* Welcome message
* Button text (e.g. “Sign In”, “Create Account”)
* Font selection
* Border radius
* Success and error message styling
Example
Instead of every login page looking identical, businesses could display:
Welcome back to Glow Beauty Studio
Sign in to view your appointments, loyalty rewards and previous orders.
With buttons and colours matching their brand.
Benefits
* Consistent branding throughout the customer journey.
* More professional appearance.
* Better customer trust.
* Quick to implement compared to a fully customisable page.
* Eliminates the “default GHL” look that many agencies try to avoid.
This small improvement would significantly enhance the ecommerce experience while requiring far less development effort than making the pages fully editable.
