I currently have our sales teams goals on a whiteboard, but since the reporting is already done in high level, I would love to be able to set goals and see chart progress, or even compete with other salesmen, front and center on the dashboard. Great CRM, would be great to manage the sales team goals front and center too.

When creating a widget on the dashboard for KPIs, I want it to show the numbers in relation to a specific goal. For example, if the goal is to generate 10 leads for the week and it's currently showing 6, the 6 should show as red.

Yes. combined with another feature in the Ideas board of simply setting Goals on the dashboard, this would be powerful. An additional "Nice to Have" along with colors would be a "Thermometer" style number. Like if the goal is to hit $100K in MRR, how close are you VISUALLY would be awesome motivator for the team.

This feels like the real basic tool that needs to be included. Let me see my revenue goal (along with call goal, opp goal, etc) and see how close I am.

also when a deal is closed every agent/sales team member should get a notification of the deal won.. and confetti pop up on the dashboard.. Agency Zoom does this and its pretty impressive
