I have two separate sales team. One for the North and one for the South. This means that I have two sales managers and they need to be able to see the opportunities for the people below them.

Currently I have to make them as admins and they can see every sales opportunity across the business and this is not what is needed, we should be able to restrict it to only people in their own sales organisation.
