A loyalty points system for recurring customers would be valuable. The system could offer points to customers and create tiers that reward them with coupons or gifts. The system could track purchases, survey completions, reviews, and referrals. This feature would benefit customers, SaaS resellers, and agencies.

I’d like to request the addition of a Loyalty and Rewards feature within Go High Level. This would be especially impactful for restaurants, QSRs, coffee shops, bars, and retail businesses that rely on repeat customers.
Currently, many of these businesses use third-party apps or POS add-ons for loyalty programs, but it creates friction with separate logins, extra costs, and inconsistent data. If GHL offered this natively, it would:
• Drive Repeat Sales: Customers earn points/rewards for visits or spend thresholds, redeemable in-store or online.
• Boost Customer Engagement: Integrated with SMS/email campaigns for reminders like “You’re only 20 points away from your next free coffee!”
• Increase Retention: Local businesses, especially restaurants, need simple ways to keep customers coming back without relying solely on discounts.
• All-in-One Advantage: Having loyalty tied directly into GHL’s CRM, automations, and reputation management would keep everything under one roof.
Features that would be highly valuable include:
• Points-based rewards (e.g., 1 point per $1 spent)
• Automatic coupon generation and redemption tracking
• Birthday and anniversary rewards campaigns
• Customizable tiers (e.g., Silver, Gold, VIP)
• Integration with text/email workflows for real-time notifications
• Analytics dashboard for businesses to track ROI from loyalty
This addition would make GHL even more attractive for local service businesses, especially restaurants and QSR franchises, and help agencies like mine sell the platform more effectively.

I’d love to be able to add points for each month they are member, maybe comments, reviews, purchases, etc.
They then can turn in said rewards for digital products.

➕ Under Marketing - Add a tab called Loyalty
➕ Let us create several loyalty programs and assign customers and products to the program. Also, let us assign the products to the program when sending proposal, estimates and/or invoices. (Display potential loyalty points in the proposal/estimate and gaining points in the invoice.)
➕ Let us add our custom made currency. We upload a picture of the currency and add a name. For example Iver Coin.
✅ Distribution - Let us select how many Iver Coins a customer can earn per purchase. For example x amount or % of price. My customers get 3% of total amount.
✅ Claiming - Add claimable products in the loyalty program and either translate the original price to our currency coins or add a custom price.
✅ Client Portal - Add a "Loyalty" tab in the client portal where the customer can see his "Iver Coins", browse and claim the claim-able products and view history of currency usage.
➕ Toggle option to automatically add a customer to the loyalty program if he purchases a loyalty program product
➕ Add workflow actions like, Add customer to loyalty program, Add x amount of coins to customer, ets.
