There doesn't seem to be a way to suggest ideas FOR the Ideas Board. I want to request a feature for the ideas board.

There are certain users who seem to have nothing better to do than to troll others on the Ideas Board. Please implement a "block" or "mute" feature so that we're not bothered by users who post frequently without adding value to discussions.
