Dashboard Enhancement Request – Appointment Setter Performance Metrics

Hello GoHighLevel Team,

I would like to submit a feature enhancement request for the Dashboard and Reporting section.

Currently, the dashboard allows us to view appointments based on the appointment owner (the user whose calendar the appointment is booked on). However, there is no way to accurately track the user who actually created or set the appointment.

For businesses with dedicated Appointment Setters, Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), or Virtual Assistants, this creates a challenge in measuring individual productivity. While appointments may be booked on behalf of different sales representatives or account owners, we also need visibility into who performed the booking activity.

Requested Enhancement

Please add a Dashboard widget and reporting metric that displays:

Total appointments set by each user, regardless of whose calendar the appointment was booked on.

The ability to filter by date range, location, pipeline, and user.

Separate metrics for:

Appointments Set (Created By User)

Appointment Owner

Dashboard cards and reports that allow managers to quickly compare individual appointment-setting performance across the team.

In this example, John should receive credit for both appointments because he created them, even though they were booked on different calendars.

Business Impact

This enhancement would provide significant value for organizations that separate appointment-setting responsibilities from sales responsibilities. It would allow managers to:

Track individual Appointment Setter productivity.

Measure team performance more accurately.

Create meaningful KPIs and scorecards.

Reduce the need for custom reporting or external dashboards.

Improve operational visibility for teams using shared calendars.

I believe this feature would benefit many GoHighLevel users, particularly agencies, call centers, real estate teams, and organizations with dedicated appointment-setting staff.
